A Bundled Service

Currently, Tower Maintenance, Tower Load Assessment, Tower Strengthening are being handled separately resulting in lack of coherent effort. Further, towers are being strengthened with no clue on foundation strength. With our experience and understanding of current gaps we are well positioned to offer an alternative. We start with a due diligence process followed by a well-defined process for handover of Tower structure and foundations. Periodic and pro-active monitoring and maintenance activities are scheduled and undertaken for towers in scope. 

In our experience, this service is best handled by taking up ownership of all sites in a given region. We will be happy to discuss further and evolve a solution based on your needs and challenges. 

Identify Region & Due Diligence

We collect all tower & foundation data from you (including summary of Tower Structural Load Validation).

We then carry out site data audit for preliminary assessment of the super structure.

Tower Handover

While carrying out tower maintenance on all sites, we classify towers into Green / Orange / Red with approximate estimate for rectification. We undertake tower strengthening as necessary and commence Tower data management.

Foundation Handover

After a Foundation Assessment, we classify foundations into Green / Orange / Red with approximate estimate for rectification. We take up foundation strengthening as necessary. And continue Tower Data Management.

Routine Maintenance

We will carry out Routine Pro active monitoring & maintenance using modern methods, support repeat requests, Strengthening (where required), Tower data management.
