Offerings
Owner Engineer Role
With our depth of engineering knowledge and experience we provide owners engineer role to our clients. Scope includes – Approval of design and drawings prepared by Subcon, Technical value add, Program management, Quality checks as required.
Pre Project Services
We actively engage with our clients on all pre-project services such as preparation of Tender documents, Pre-bid engineering (BOM), Detailed Project Report, Project Feasibility Studies, Finalization of technical specifications for detailed engineering etc.
Design Phase
We finalize technical specifications for performing detailed engineering of the project. In the design phase we also carryout detailed analysis and design of all civil and structural elements of the project including superstructure, foundations, etc. Based on the agreed contract we take design drawings or detailed drawings including shop drawings, BBS etc. We also provide MEP, HVAC, Plumbing design services through our business partners if required.
Other/Customized Services
Being a comprehensive service provider we offer a number of allied services/works to our customers viz., EPC, Project management services, Quality checks of critical items at Site, Technical Due Diligence, Building feasibility services, NDT and Core Testing for ensuring strength and durability of structures. We also engage in condition assessment and life extension projects which may require strengthening or retrofitting of structures to the extent possible.
