As Owners Engineer we assist client during bidding phase, selection of vendors / suppliers, planning phase, design and drawing approval / review, and quality assurance. In this role it becomes important that client is guided to execute the project with innovative and optimum methods with good engineering practices. With our expertise in the field having pioneered several engineering processes be it in Tower / Monopole designs, Due diligence of sites during asset acquisition, or tower structural load validation we bring best to the table. We have been offering this service with agreed scope to a couple of clients since inception of the company.
Offerings
Building Stability Analysis
Buildings are not normally designed for roof top telecom infra loads during its design or construction phase. When a new roof top tower or roof top pole sites are built our engineers visit the site collect the necessary design information through NDT methods and measurements including reinforcement, grade of concrete etc. Back in office our civil & structural design team carry out the structural stability analysis to check the feasibility of the proposed load. We carry out this service to a number of clients on a routine basis.
Non-Penetrating Roof Top Pole Design
Due to one or more reasons be it lack of structural integrity between building and roof top pole foundation, or speed of execution non penetrating roof top pole designs are adopted. We provide unique and innovative designs to our customers with this requirement.
Colocation Engineering for Towers/Poles
This service is also called "Tower Structural Load Validation" or "Tower Load Validation Analysis". More and more tower infra companies are adopting this service. This service helps in ensuring that the existing site is capable of handling more antenna loads on the tower which is required due to changing technologies or increased call traffic. This service was pioneered from concept to implementation in India by our Director
Monopole/Tower Designs
Our engineers have designed Telecom towers ranging from 30m to 130m, and Poles ranging from 3m to 40m using Indian and American codes for clients in India, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Fast Deployment Sites
Fast Deployment sites also known as Quick build solutions are ground based towers / Poles integrated with foundations. We offer one 'ready to implement' product design which integrates tower, foundation, shelter room and Solar PV system which can generate power sufficient for one tenant. This product if required will be supplied by our partners through their 'world class facilities either from India or China.

In an era of smart existence, there is an increased focus by clients to optimize their power bills. Site load and efficiency assessment and power optimization solutions helps clients to identify and convert inefficient equipment to more efficient solutions. This service is not only performed to Telecom clients but also to other customers.
Solar Panel Support Systems
We provide infinite possible solutions to solar panel support systems both to Green field and Roof top Solar PV power plants. We also offer to supply our designs as products through our partners in India. These products are currently bought majorly by non-telecom clients who are putting up Solar PV projects.
