Sandeep Mirmire (Director)
Civil Engineer with Masters in Business management from Indian School of Business, M. Sandeep is renowned for his Technical acumen & Management excellence in Telecom & Energy sectors. With over 27 years of experience in business leadership, strategic planning, detailed engineering and project management, he has worked on a number of projects in Power Generation, Power Transmission, Telecom Infrastructure, Heavy Industrial structures, commercial and residential projects, special projects (viz., film city development, green houses, umbilical tower, underground township) in India and Overseas. He is currently heading Principle ACS, and has crafted the company by widening its boundaries across states within country, and Internationally in a short span of time. Before formation of Principle ACS, he headed Ramboll Telecom and Power Engineering, as Director.
CJ Pramod
PGDMM & MBA in CRM with experience of 23 years in Sales, Marketing & Operations in the Telecom and Pharmaceutical sector. Pramod Stays abreast of business, industry, and market information & acts to align organizational goals with strategic direction of business. He has repeatedly produced sustained business and revenue growth in changing & challenging markets. He currently manages Sales & Marketing function and also oversees Operations.
M. Phani Mohan
A Civil Engineer with 25 years’ experience of infrastructure industry viz. Roads, Building, Irrigation canals, and Telecom & Network implementation. Phani effectively applies technical knowledge, quick in identifying the core issues in a complex situation & proposes innovative solutions. He stays calm & enjoys guiding, mentoring young engineers, along with managing EPC & telecom infra projects. He also functions as a Key account manager to a key client.
R Senthil Kumar
Mechanical Engineer with MBA and over 12 years of experience in Project Management in Telecom sector. Senthil Stay’s confident of his own ability to accomplish organization goals & approaches challenging tasks with a “can-do” posture. His strength lies in Listening and responding constructively to Project planning & management, He has been known for his meticulous approach, administrative skills and integrity. He currently manages overall administration and also supports operations.
Vibhor Jain
M.B.A in Telecom Management and Bachelor in Electronics & Communications and more than 8 years of experience in Telecom Industry with extensive knowledge in Product development, Project Planning & Field Operation Management. Vibhor is a proactive, young professional with a can-do attitude helps him to understand & deliver as per client requirement. He functions as a Key account manager to a key client.
